I led the creative direction across the entire production: narrative structure, six-act dramaturgy, character design, environment art direction, and the choreography of interaction between audience and show. The challenge was to bridge musical storytelling with game design logic — each act with its own emotional arc, visual identity, and interactive mechanics. Directing forty digitally created characters and dancers alongside the lead, MP7, meant inventing a new kind of stage direction — one where the audience moves freely and the story reshapes itself around them.
Beyond the show itself, I supervised the production of all marketing content — trailer, website, and promotional materials — as well as a collection of NFTs and a 7-episode digital series derived from the experience, ensuring a consistent creative vision across every format and touchpoint.
